Ginger Leigh, through Gin & Juice Home and her previous design firm of over 20 years, has designed and collaborated on a wide range of short-term rentals and vacation homes — from expansive 10,000–18,000 square foot luxury estates to thoughtfully designed 1,500–3,000 square foot properties. A longtime Airbnb Superhost and seasoned world traveler, Ginger brings a rare combination of design sensibility and real-world insight into how homes are actually used. Her work seamlessly connects the needs of homeowners, STR and vacation rental management, and guests — creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but highly functional, intuitive, and memorable.  From renovations to design to the fork and spoon, Ginger Leigh is excellent at short term rental and vacation home readiness.

About Design

ABOUT
GIN & JUICE HOME

Gin & Juice Home is where design meets lifestyle.

Founded by Ginger Leigh, the studio brings together a refined design sensibility with a real-world understanding of how homes are actually lived in. With roots in music, travel, and creative production, Ginger approaches design with an intuitive eye for flow, balance, and emotional impact.

Beyond finishes and furnishings, Gin & Juice Home is known for shaping the way a home works—from rethinking layouts and improving functionality to guiding projects from early construction decisions through final installation. Whether it’s a new build, renovation, or full-home setup (including vacation homes), every detail is curated to feel cohesive, elevated, and effortless.

Ginger’s foundation in design began during her college years at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was already managing renovation projects, developing an early understanding of construction, spatial flow, and the realities of how homes come together from the ground up.  Ginger's father was an exquisite home designer and builder, so she has had roots in home design since childhood.

In 2009, she co-founded an interior design firm, where she spent over a decade project managing, contributing to design, and working directly with clients. Known for her transparency, organization, and collaborative energy, Ginger became a trusted partner in guiding projects from concept through completion.

In 2018, she launched Gin & Juice Staging, bringing her design sensibility into the real estate world. What began as a staging company quickly evolved into a broader creative service, as clients sought her guidance beyond presentation—into full design, renovation, and home transformation.

At the end of 2024, that evolution became Gin & Juice Home—a full-fledged interior design studio focused on home decor and furnishings, new builds, renovations, and full-home installations, including vacation homes (think AirBnB design).

Today, Ginger is known for her ability to move fluidly between big-picture vision and detailed execution. From early architectural collaboration and layout refinement to final furnishings and styling, she approaches each project with intention, practicality, and a strong sense of cohesion. With access to trade resources and a deep understanding of both design and construction, Gin & Juice Home delivers spaces that are not only beautiful, but highly livable.

The goal is simple: to create spaces that feel as good as they look; homes that are thoughtful, livable, and distinctly personal.
